Online Banking

To enroll in Online Banking:

  1. Visit the top of our webpage where you will find the Online Banking "Login" area.
  2. Enter your primary member number (account number) as the Username.
  3. Enter the temporary password provided to you during account opening or contact us to obtain a temporary password.
  4. Follow the instructions on your screen to change your username, password, and set up your security questions.
  5. When the Online Banking screen appears, you are in!

It’s Me 247 is the online system that allows you access to all of your My Pensacola accounts anytime, anywhere!


You can:

  • Obtain current balances on all accounts including savings, checking, loans and more.
  • Transfer money from or to any account you have at the Credit Union. 
  • Make loan payments and Visa Credit Card payments, if applicable, and transfer funds from your credit card to other accounts.
  • View, manage, and monitor your credit score and report for FREE — as well as many other beneficial features via our partnership with SavvyMoney!
  • Have a withdrawal check mailed to your address.
  • Download up to 2 years of account history for your savings and up to 1 year for your checking account.
  • View and print copies of cleared checks written on your account.
  • View transactions by type or by date.
  • Open an additional savings account or Share Certificate.
  • View current and previous statements.
  • View pending ACH Transactions.
  • Lock and unlock debit and credit cards.
  • Through It’s ME 247, we have Mobile Web and Text Banking available.
  • Setup account e-alerts.
  • View and sign documents without coming to a Credit Union branch.

Online Banking Login

For added convenience at your fingertips, sign up for My Pensacola CU's It's Me 247 Bill Pay. Pay all your bills from one place — all you need is an internet connection! Set up payments for both occasional and recurring bills. Bill Pay is free for up to 10 payments per month with eStatements; a $0.55 fee applies for each additional bill.

How to Enroll

To enroll, simply log in to It’s Me 247 as usual and click the Bill Pay link from the Money Management menu. Step-by-step point and click instructions will guide you through enrollment and setup. After allowing for processing (approximately 24-48 hours), you’ll be ready to go. Just come back to It’s Me 247 and click the Bill Pay link again!
